In total 37 presidents from member associations or their representatives attended the meeting. Altogether 47 people attended this vital discussion.

The meeting discussed both issues related to FIG as well as professional issues at local and regional level.
General Assembly Breakout Session

At the General Assembly there was a special breakout session to discuss the voting right issue 20 May.

The breakout session was attended by 30 participants representing 16 member associations. The discussion summary was then brought back to the General Assembly in its second session.
Council

The Council did not meet only at the official meetings but discussed the issues raised during the week in informal meetings: President Teo (middle) in discussion with Iain Greenway and Rudolf Staiger.

Hartmut Müller is representing Commission 3 instead of its chair Yerach Doytsher and Wafula Nabutola (Comm. 8) was not able to be present in the photograph.
